A cool thing I saw at Burning Man today

The head was articulated pretty nicely, opening and closing as well as
moving up/down/left/right.

was at burning man. Too bad he painted it the wrong color (grey and
blue is not white) and now i have to paint it again. Sigh!

Well, upload speeds from the Playa were slower than I'd hoped, plus I was just busy enjoying myself and didn't take as many pictures as I'd planned.

But I did have one of the best, most beautiful (natural and artistic), inspiring weeks (well 13 days) of my life. I worked my ass off... Saw a beautiful moon eclipse, saw the Man burn twice, saw many shooting stars, a double ended double rainbow and an amazing temple burn.

I met new friends, understood new possibilities, saw an amazing violin performance next to a fire by someone who normally plays to huge arenas.

Deepened connections with friends and loves...even those who couldn't be there with me.

I'm filled with appreciation, hope and joy...not to mention dust!

Around 6am or so...hanging out under the Truth sign, watching people
happily roam around in their boat-atr-cars...

Wow. A double rainbow where you can see both ends of both rainbows.

It rained for a little bit, and we got 2 rainbows where both ends of
both were on the playa.

The most beautiful thing I've ever seen, I think...
It still brings tears to my eyes.
I just wish I'd had a wider lens to get the whole thing in.

One thing I like about Burning Man is that it's very Real-
Time....People are working their asses off to create for everyone else.

This pic was taken Sunday night just before the event opened, and the
piece of art wasn't finished till tues/weds.
Unfortunately I don't have pics of the piece after completion, but
I'm sure other people do.

Unlike SOME cities, fun isn't illegal-people were hanging out all over
SF, and the parks had grills and such.
